About Dee Marrs

Dee Marrs, SHRM-SCP, brings more than 20 years of senior HR leadership experience to her role as Vice President of the Board at Restoration Ranch. Currently the Vice President of Human Resources at CelLink Corporation, Dee has built a career grounded in high-performance culture, operational alignment, and compassionate leadership.

Her connection to the veteran community is deeply personal: her son and daughter-in-law are active duty physicians in the Army, working at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. Holt, a West Point graduate, is an orthopedic surgeon, with his wife, Aimee, training to be a cardiologist. This family legacy of service drives Dee’s commitment to the mission of Restoration Ranch.

In addition to her professional experience, Dee brings a passion for photography and holistic wellness, contributing to the restorative and nurturing environment at the Ranch. She is proud to support veteran-focused programs that foster trust, healing, and renewed purpose through the powerful bond between humans and horses.
