About Dee Marrs

Dee is a senior Human Resource executive who creates a positive, high-energy environment and culture wherever she goes. Her “hands on’ style builds credibility, trust and a welcoming atmosphere for veteran families at Restoration Ranch. She not only lends her professional talents as Secretary of the Board of Directors but her personal passion for photography and knowledge of holistic health create a nurturing environment for all to enjoy.

Dee is a proud West Point mom — her son Brian (Holt) Zaineraitis graduated at the top of his class from the West Point Academy in 2014 and is currently attending medical school at Vanderbilt University.

Dee is a tireless ambassador for change; adept at creating and leading transitional initiatives for the Joyful Horse Project and the VETS Program as we grow and adapt our programs and services throughout Central Texas.
