About Beth Rand

A lifelong equestrian and animal advocate, Beth is the President and founder of the Joyful Horse Project and Restoration Ranch. Since moving to Texas in 2008, she has devoted much of her life to equine rehabilitation by working with holistic practitioners to restore the physical, emotional and behavioral health of the horses under her care.

Beth’s business and marketing skills have established a solid platform for Restoration Ranch to offer equine learning programs that touch the hearts and minds of people throughout Central Texas. Most notably, she was instrumental in sponsoring the development of our veterans program that connects former military families with the holistic work of rehabilitating horses.

As a career communications and marketing professional, Beth has been helping corporate clients implement organizational changes through effective communication for over 30 years. She is one of the founding members of The Adobe Group and has been a principal in the firm since 1995. Her consulting strengths include expert project management skills, as well as technical competencies in human resources, health and retirement benefits, and marketing and customer service operations.

Beth holds a BA in English, with a concentration in Creative Writing. Her awards include a Gold Quill from the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) and a Helios Award of Excellence in Video from the Orange County Chapter of IABC.
